Hospice/ Comfort care serves those in the end stages of illness who have chosen to focus on comfort and quality of life rather than curative treatments. Our holistic approach to care emphasizes living in comfort during the final weeks or months of life, when curative treatment is no longer realistic. A team of caring professionals provides expert pain and symptom management with equal amounts of emotional support to improve quality of life and provide comfort to our patients and their loved ones.
Memory Care
Dementia is an umbrella term describing a set of symptoms that may include memory loss, personality changes, and impaired reasoning. There are different types of this memory disorder, but all are caused by changes in the brain.
In Home Personal Care
Living at home can become difficult for seniors as they get older. With the right in-home care skilled and support team, staying at home can become easier. In Home Care includes assistance with activites of daily living such as bathing, dressing, incontinence care, transferring, and eating. In Home Care can also include help with med reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, help run errands, laundry, and pet care.
